I began the year a bit reflexive—and I thought I’d share. I’ve been in the business of creating for 40 years. As a commercial photographer, I have produced work for tons of advertising campaigns, yet I have never given up on photography as a hobby. So, for 40 years, I have been collecting interesting and different shots and adding them to my personal work alongside my professional work.

I heard that in life you have to: have a child (I have 3), plant a tree (I buried my father’s ashes beneath a Guayacan tree), and publish a book—I’m now working on what will be my 5th book.

Now that I have done all three, I’m perfecting them. There’s not much I can do about my daughters (but they came out alright), I trim the tree every once in a while, and this 2019 I’ve published the second edition of my Key Biscayne (Island Paradise) coffee table book. I now decided to do a second edition of my Miami (Visually Speaking) coffee table book.

I’m already working on the layout and shooting special events around the city like Art Basel, the Miami Marathon, the Boat Show. etc. It’s hard work, but it's worth the effort.

The latest book will be coming out by the end of 2020. Thank you for your time!
